If direct communication fails, provide written notice detailing the dispute with supporting documentation. We will respond within 30 days with our proposed resolution.

Both parties may agree to mediation through a neutral third party before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs will be shared equally.
Step 4: Legal Action
As a last resort, disputes may be brought before the appropriate courts in Cyprus. The prevailing party may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees.
Severability and Modification
Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent.
